The Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship (SLBG Fellowship) is the flagship leadership development program housed within the JPGE Leadership Institute for Strategic Growth, the nonprofit arm of the JPGE ecosystem.
Designed as a rigorous, live-action leadership lab, the Fellowship prepares high-potential professionals to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, innovation, and impact—equipping them to lead organizations, initiatives, and systems in moments of scale and complexity.
Upon completion, SLBG Fellows join a selective and expanding global alumni community through the JPGE Alumni Engagement & Advancement Network—a curated ecosystem of peers, mentors, and institutional partners that supports continued leadership development, strategic collaboration, and accelerated career and impact trajectories long after the Fellowship concludes.

Unlike traditional leadership programs focused on theory or observation, the Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship is grounded in direct enterprise responsibility.
Fellows are embedded in director-level roles within a fast-scaling organization, where they:
Fellows engage in this work within a globally informed and cross-sector context, collaborating with leaders, partners, and stakeholders across geographies, industries, and institutional environments.
This exposure strengthens cultural intelligence, strategic adaptability, and the ability to lead effectively in complex, interconnected systems.
The Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship is intentionally designed to accelerate executive-level leadership readiness—
not simulate it.

The Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship is a structured, six-month leadership experience designed to develop enterprise-ready leaders through direct responsibility, applied strategy, and real-time execution.
The program combines live-action leadership placement with curated strategy labs to ensure SLBG Fellows are not only learning advanced frameworks, but actively applying them within complex organizational environments.
Fellows emerge with the skills, confidence, and experience required to lead at the enterprise level across business, nonprofit, and public-sector environments.
